IAT Awarded as Top 10 Design Organizations of Top 100 China Design Industry 2024

From September 20 to 22, 2024 World Industrial Design Conference was held in Yantai Huang - Bohai Sea New Area, Shandong Province. The conference is organized by the China Industrial Design Association in conjunction with more than 60 countries and regions of the design organizations, institutions, enterprises and colleges, and universities. Themed as “Design - New Quality Productivity”, the conference demonstrated excellent design works and achievements at home and abroad. 

Representatives of domestic and foreign design organizations and industry experts focused on cutting-edge trends in industrial design and discussed the future of the industry. At the opening ceremony of the conference, the results of “2024 China Design Industry Top 100” were announced, and IAT Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded the honorary title as Top 10 Design Organizations – Top 100 China Design Industry 2024.

As the most integrated industry and the most discipline-intensive sector, the automotive industry has always been a complex and creative interaction of science, technology and art, coordinating humanities and engineering, and connecting the needs of life with intelligent manufacturing. 

The World Congress of Industrial Design is a well-known event in the field of industrial design. This award fully reflects the recognition of the comprehensive D&D capability of IAT, IAT designers' extraordinary and remarkable achievements, and IAT’s commitment on how to define the future of intelligent mobility and unlimited possibilities.

Recently, at the opening ceremony of Beijing International Design Week, the Artificial Intelligence Professional Committee of Beijing Industrial Design Promotion Association, which IAT participated in the initiation, was established. IAT, as the vice-president unit, will work with best-in-class colleges, universities and enterprises like Tsinghua University, China Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA), Communication University of China, Lenovo, Xiaomi, BOE, Dawning Information Industry Co., Ltd. (Sugon) to promote the building of the ecosystem of AI-enabled industrial design.

After participating in the Industrial Design Conference, the design team of IAT will further study the new thinking, new trends and successful cases in the field from home and abroad, draw inspiration for design innovation, stimulate new concepts, and create full-stack intelligent mobility solutions for domestic and overseas customers. With the core competitiveness of outstanding abilities of project planning, creative styling, engineering, and scientific innovation in various fields of vehicle technical services, IAT will make great efforts in science for better cars.

About World Industrial Design Conference

The World Industrial Design Conference is a global conference on the development of the design industry organized by the China Industrial Design Association (CIDA) in cooperation with design organizations, institutions, enterprises and colleges in more than 60 countries and regions, and it is a platform for international exchanges and cooperation. 

The conference is born to promote the integration and development of design innovation with the economy and the society on a global scale, as well as the exchanges and cooperation of design among different countries and regions.

The scale and level of the Conference 2024 have been further upgraded. The content and form have been up leveled, and the industry chain connectivity and radiation have been further strengthened.
