On the afternoon of July 15, 2020, Jia Wenqin, Director of CSRC Beijing Bureau (hereinafter referred to Beijing Bureau), Lu Qian, Deputy Director of Beijing Bureau, Hou Fengkun, Director of Company Division II of Beijing Bureau, Zhang Ruikai, Deputy Secretary General of The Listed Companies Association of Beijing and the delegation paid a return visit to IAT for investigation after the initial public offering and listing. Zhang Liqiang, General Manager of IAT, and Lin Ling, Secretary of the Board of Directors, accompanied the investigation.
During the meeting, General Manager Zhang Liqiang introduced the development history of IAT and the main business. After the meeting, the delegation also made a tour in the styling institute, modelling center and show room of customized cars, where the leaders had a thorough understanding of IAT’s overall business and R&D capabilities.
In a workshop after the tour, the sponsor institution CICC reviewed IAT’s performance in the stock market. Lixinzhonglian CPAS briefed the company’s financial information. Then the participants had further exchanges and communications about the actual operation of the company.
At the end, Director Jia Wenqin spoke highly of IAT’s business model and the current operation. She also instructed the company to prudently utilize the capital market instruments, abide by the laws and regulations and disclose information properly. Meanwhile, the leaders encouraged the company to keep a good communication with the regulatory authorities and hoped IAT develop larger and stronger through capital market.
