"Forum for Listed Companies 2021" grandly held on June 26-27, 2021 in Shanghai was featured with the theme of "New Era, New Technologies & New Landscape". More than 500 people attended the forum, including leaders of relevant governmental departments, famous economics and experts at home and abroad, and representatives of many listed companies and pre-IPO companies.

After multiple levels of screening and study by the Forum Committee based on professional data evaluation, ranking of the industry and expert analysis, IAT and other 11 listed companies won the Innovation Award.

Data shows that "Forum for Listed Companies" is co-organized by Shanghai Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, and Allbright Law Offices. The forum has been successfully held for nine times and extended a great influence in the industry. The original intention and vision of the Forum is to provide a platform for entrepreneurs, economists and regulatory authorities to have an equal dialogue and exchange of experiences, so as to lead the development of listed companies in China and facilitate a shared progress in the capital market.

The participants reached a consensus that close interaction among listed companies and their complementary resources contribute to the promotion of transformation and upgrading of China's economy, the aggregation of positive energy in the capital market, and the formulation of a new development landscape in China.

Three awards were established for the "Forum for Listed Companies 2021", namely Innovation Award, Public Welfare Award and Golden Award for Board Secretaries. Each award follows strict judging rules. The Forum Committee members are of high authority and the evaluation criteria are strict, therefore the awards enjoy a high recognition in the industry and the results are respected by the public.

Especially since 2021, the frequency of institutional research on IAT has increased significantly. In addition to the advantages of vehicle R&D, IAT attaches great importance to the research and development of cutting-edge technologies.

The annual report of 2020 shows that IAT has, in recent years, continuously increased its investment in key technologies for the new energy vehicles R&D, and accumulated plenty of core technologies in E/E architecture, SOA framework, BAT, EDU & MCU system, hydrogen storage metal, fuel cell, hybrid power system, etc.

"As the first listed company in China's independent vehicle R&D industry, IAT always adheres to the Party’s leadership and follows the trend of the times. We must hold on to our original aspiration and overcome difficulties along the way.

Eventually, IAT will become a leading traction in the field of independent vehicle R&D. In the future, we will continue our effort to consolidate our business and technical advantages and encourage independent innovation and R&D. We will stay pragmatic and substantially contribute to our shared dream -- to help China transform to a world automotive design and manufacture power."
