IAT Auto Joins Hands with Zhongling International Trade to Build Chip “Power Generator”

On September 4, IAT Auto announced that it has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhongling International Trading to establish a joint venture company dedicated to chip R&D support and chip trading services. This cooperation is to improve the competitiveness of both parties in their respective fields and provide customers with better products and services.

IAT Auto is a world-renowned automotive technology solution provider. The company is strong in R&D and technology accumulation, and has provided many high-quality design solutions and technical support for numerous car makers and part suppliers around the world. In recent years, IAT invested more in research and development in automotive electronic and intelligent driving technology, and has taken the lead in AI capability deployment.

Recently, IAT announced that it would build an AI Innovation Empowerment Center to embark with the first OVX project in the automotive industry.

Zhongling International Trading Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned domestic subsidiary of Ryosan, a well-known international company, which is also the No. 1 distributor of international semiconductor trading services. Zhongling International Trading mainly focuses on the international trade of semiconductor equipment, electronic equipment and chemicals, etc. The company has a wide range of supply chain resources and a wide range of products. 

The company also has extensive supply chain resources and rich market experience, providing high-quality products and services for many related enterprises at home and abroad, and its rich assortment of goods and sales channels in the automobile industry highlights this cooperation.

Pursuant to the cooperation agreement, the joint venture company is principally engaged in chip research and development support, production, trading as well as related technical consulting and services. The establishment of the joint venture company will give full play to the strengths of both parties in their respective fields and realize resource sharing and complementary advantages. 

IAT Auto will utilize its expertise in automotive electronics and intelligent driving technology as well as customer resources, while Zhongling International Trade will exert its advantages in product channels and international trade to jointly open up a brand new channel for chip R&D support and trade.

As the automotive electronics and intelligence development grow rapidly, the performance and quality of chips, as one of the key components, are of great significance to the safety and reliability of vehicles. The new company will rely on the strong technical strength and brand influence of the parent companies of both parties to meet the needs of domestic and overseas automobile manufacturers and parts suppliers, integrate domestic and foreign resources and optimize the market structure. 

In addition, the joint venture company will actively expand overseas markets, strengthen cooperation with domestic and foreign enterprises, and improve the competitiveness of domestic chip products in the global market.

The cooperation between IAT Auto and Zhongling International Trade will further improve the company’s overseas business, expand its development landscape, inject power by chip for the intelligent development of the global automotive industry, and make efforts in science for better cars.
