IAT Debuts in International Forum, Pioneering a New Global Industrial Order

From December 2 to 3, 2025, the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association (MUSIAD) of Turkey hosted the Vizyoner'25 Global Forum in Istanbul. Centered on the theme "Connectivity: Order-Disorder-Reorder," the forum convened leaders from politics, business, and academia worldwide to deliberate the future direction of the global technological order and economic governance. 

As the sole representative from China's automotive industry invited to the event, Joey Jiang, Vice President of IAT, attended and delivered a keynote speech. He shared IAT's forward-looking insights and strategic propositions regarding technological advancement and global collaboration with the international community.

Established in 1990, MUSIAD stands as one of Turkey's most influential business organizations, holding significant sway across the Middle East, Central Asia, and the increasingly vital East Asia region. The forum series it organizes has evolved into a premier global platform for exploring emerging trends and shaping the discourse on future business practices. The organization plays a pivotal role in enhancing business connectivity, strengthening cross-regional networks, and designing next-generation cooperation models suited for an increasingly interconnected world.

Chinese Representative Showcases Industrial Strength on the International Stage

Against the backdrop of the smart electrification wave reshaping the industry landscape, participating in such high-level international dialogues not only demonstrates the company's technical prowess and commitment to openness but also offers a valuable opportunity to promote cross-regional industrial collaboration and reach consensus on technical standards.

In his keynote, Joey Jiang highlighted that the global technological order is undergoing a profound transformation. He noted that the formulation of technical standards is increasingly driven by market applications and industrial ecosystems rather than relying solely on traditional institutional negotiations. He emphasized that amidst the surge of automotive intelligence and electrification, cross-border collaboration and open innovation are more critical than ever. 

With a portfolio spanning nearly 500 vehicle models for over 80 clients worldwide and holding more than 1,600 patents, IAT stands as a leader in independent automotive design and engineering in Asia. Joey stated that this track record demonstrates how technology sharing and cooperation can significantly accelerate the pace of industry innovation, helping regional industries build independent capabilities.

Deepening Global Tech Collaboration to Empower Industrial Innovation

Outlining IAT's globalization strategy, Joey positioned the company as a "connector"—dedicated to empowering global partners through efficient R&D systems and advanced AI design tools, thereby assisting local industries in achieving brand autonomy and data sovereignty. "Chinese enterprises are transitioning from merely 'going global' to 'going deep, becoming local, and engaging for the long term.' We aim to establish enduring, stable, and mutually beneficial partnerships with stakeholders across various countries," he emphasized repeatedly.

During the forum, MUSIAD President Burhan Özdemir also remarked that "the new order will be one of shared wisdom, shared value, and shared responsibility," echoing the philosophy of win-win cooperation advocated by Joey.

As a representative force in Chinese automotive design, IAT remains dedicated to driving industry progress through technological innovation.
